We prefer to connect with clients via phone, Zoom, or in person to discuss the project details. We'll cover the location—whether in-studio or outdoors—wardrobe choices, and ensure we fully understand your expectations for the photo session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I had the privilege of training under an exceptional mentor and teacher early in my career, along with apprenticing with skilled freelance photographers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

At 18, I began capturing images in black and white, developing the film and creating prints in the darkroom.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with clients ranging from children as young as 8 to adults over 65, photographing groups as large as 18. Whether capturing the artistry of tattoos or the essence of romance, we tailor each session to reflect your unique story.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We spent about three hours in the studio photographing a young lady, showcasing her tattoos and stunning wardrobe. The session was a delight, with her gentle nature and enthusiasm adding so many beautiful elements to the shoot.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be clear about your vision. If you're considering an outdoor session, timing is crucial, so think about the time of day. Wardrobe is especially important for black-and-white photography, so choose thoughtfully. Trust your photography team to work their magic—be open to the unexpected, and embrace creative risks during the session.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What should I wear? Can I bring props for the photoshoot? Do you have an indoor location or studio available? Will hair and makeup be done on set, or should I handle that beforehand? If I change my mind about the details we initially discussed, will that affect the price?
